How to Make Almond Flour Crackers
1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Flax Mixture
In a small bowl, combine flaxseed meal and water. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes until it forms a thick gel. This acts as a natural binder.
3. Mix the Dough
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, flax mixture, salt, and any optional seasonings. Stir until a soft, pliable dough forms.
4. Roll Out the Dough
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
